Silent Beauté shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages/losses that result from the use (wearing, cleaning, removal, etc) of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Silent Beauté has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Silent Beaute shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by shipping companies.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Silent Beauté product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Silent Beauté reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Silent Beauté reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled before shipping, Silent Beauté shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of incorrect price of the product.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Silent Beauté without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the states of U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Silent Beauté products must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Silent Beauté may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Silent Beauté or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Silent Beauté, Silent Beauté has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Silent Beauté. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Silent Beauté seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Return policy:
Items purchased on silentbeaute.com may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in it's original condition: unworn, non-washed, non-dry cleaning, other wise return will not be complete. Items that has been altered or customized are not returnable. Buyer bears all shipping costs, providing tracking and insurance confirmations. Once your package reaches the return address, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet our listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail & your refund will be issued within 1 business day. All custom orders such as made-to-measure & customized garments are non-refundable. Since deposit for an order was placed, there are no returns, refunds or cancellations for any reason. Silent Beauté is not liable for any damages/losses that result from the use (wearing, cleaning, removal, etc) or any loss or damage caused by shipping companies.
Shipping:
Today Silent Beauté ships within USA & EUROPE. Shipping within United States is FREE, shipping outside USA is $29, available "Pick up" option. Client takes full responsibility for his Shipping costs during Remote Fitting Service /fitting on distance/ when sending a Test garment (Toile, Mock-up) back to Silent Beauté. Package must be insured for your own protection.
Payment:
Silent Beauté accepts PayPal, checks (must clear 5 business days), valid money orders, cash (walk-in). Your order will resume when payment clears. Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products & will be added to your payment. Before starting working on your order, you will be charged the required 50% of non-refundable deposit of the full price of your order. The remaining balance of 50% is due before complete product will be shipped to you. Failure to follow any steps, provided by Silent Beauté, will result in cancellation of the order & loss of deposit. Original price of the garment for orders Made-to-Measure can be changed according to style, personalized modifications, adding details, accessories & due to size of the order. All listed prices are referred to the Made-to Measure garments with waist reductions from 18 to 26 inches. Larger sizes will be calculated separately.
