American Apple pie

Ingredients:

- Sweet apples of medium size - 4 pieces
- Cinnamon
- Flour - 4 glasses (whole-grain or without gluten)
- Butter - 220 gr (2 sticks)
- Baking soda (quenched in citric acid) - 0.5 teaspoon
- Water - 0.5 cups
- Stevia
- Honey



Preparation:

Dough:
1. Add stevia into the flour and mix.
2. Add the softened butter to the flour and mix.
3. In warm water add the extinguished baking soda
4. Put everything together and mix well.
5. Divide the dough into two parts - for the bottom and top layer of the pie.


Filling:
1. Cut the apples into small pieces. Add stevia (on taste and desire). Add the cinnamon. Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix everything.
Note: for sweeter filling you can add raisins
2. Roll first part of the dough and put it into the tray (you can just knead it all over the bottom of the tray)
3. Put the filling on the bottom layer of the dough. Roll out the second layer and cover with it apples.
4. Bake at 390 ° F on the top shelf for 30-40 minutes
5. Serve with honey (or whipped cream)
