Ingredients:
- Coconut oil - 3 cups (16 oz / 450gr)
- Raisins - 2 cups
- Сarob - 12 teaspoons
- Stevia - 2 teaspoons
- Unsalted butter - 110 g (1 stick)
- Vanilla or cinnamon (optional)
 

Preparation:

1. Grind the raisins and warm up the coconut oil.
2. Mix all the ingredients and shake with a mixer until smooth.
3. Make a forms from the molds and place in the refrigerator for one hour.

 Note: you can decorate your cake with anything what you wish. For example, sprinkle them with a carob (as on the photo) or coconut shavings.

Conclusion: I loved it. Turned out sweet and completely satisfied sweet tooth). It reminds me a rum balls
