Rye dumplings with Blueberries

Ingredients:

- Flour rye - 2 cups

- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp

- Water - 1 cup

- Blueberries - about 6 oz

- For serving: sour cream + honey (on taste)

Dough preparation:

1. Mix flour with water. Knead the dough.

Cooking:

1. Make dough balls of equal size (about 5 pieces will turn out).

2. Thinly knead the balls with your hands and lay out the blueberries in such quantity that you can wrap it in the dough.

3. Boil water, add sunflower oil and put in it prepared dumplings.

4. Boil until they float. You need to try whether the dough is ready.

5. Delicious with sour cream mixed with honey.
