Ingredients:

For the dough:

Rye flour - 4 cups
Butter - 100 gr (1 stick)
Sour cream - 250 gr
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - on taste
Stevia - on taste

Other:

Ricotta cheese - 250 gr
Milk - 2/3 cup
Carob - 2 tablespoons (can be replaced with chocolate bar)
Butter - 100 gr (1 stick)
Honey - on taste
 


Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and bake the crusts or crumbs at 380 F for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Grind the baked cakes into small crumbs in a blender.
3. Melt the butter and add carob (chocolate) with milk. Allow to cool. Then mix with ricotta cheese and honey. If necessary, add milk.
4. Blend into the shape of the cake and pour the top with a melted mass of carob (or chocolate). Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Note: Instead of chocolate or carob top can be smeared with cream (sour cream + honey)
