Ingredients:

- Cabbage
- Brown Rice
- Carrots
- Onion
- Greens
- Tomato paste, tomatoes and stewed tomatoes for sauce.
 


Preparation:

1. Separate the leaves of cabbage and boil them until soften.
2. Boil rice until half cooked. Cut and fry the onions, grate the carrots and fry them also. Mix everything.
3. Put torn or extra cabbage leaves on the bottom of the pan.
4. Tightly roll the rice and put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan.
5. Pour all sauce and simmer for 25-30 minutes.

Note: you can add mushrooms or beans into the cabbage rolls.
