Baked zucchini (eggplant) with cheese

Ingredients:

- Zucchini - 1-2 pcs (instead you can use eggplant)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tomato sauce (tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, garlic)/ May be purchased or made from scratch according to your recipe
- Sunflower oil
- Greens (for decoration)


Preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into thin slices, then fry them from each side in a frying pan.
2. Lubricate the baking tray with tomato sauce. Put over zucchini. Top with sauce again.
3. Tightly sprinkle the top with Mozzarella cheese and put in the oven at 375 F degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese golden in color.
4. Serve hot with greens (optional)
