Peal barley (barley) with mushrooms

Ingredients:

- White Mushrooms - 400 gr
- Pearl barley (оr barley) - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Parsley
- Seasoning (on taste)
- Black pepper
- Sunflower oil


Cooking:

1. Cut the onion and fry in oil. (After frying, you can remove the onion and leave only the oil).
2. Add there mushrooms & spices and fry 5 minutes or until cooked.
2. Cook the pearl barley and mix together with the prepared mushrooms. Decorate with parsley.


Conclusion: Yummy!
