Ingredients for the dough:
Rye flour - 1 glass
Wheat flour (whole-grain) - 1 glass
Walnuts - 1 glass
Sour cream - 250 g
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon (extinguished in citric acid)
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Carob (optional)
Stevia - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 50 g

Ingredients for Cream:
Sour cream (thick) - 600 g
Stevia - 3 teaspoons
Honey - 3 tablespoons

Preparation:
1. Mix the butter, sour cream, vanilla, stevia, extinguished soda together.
2. Add flour (mix rye + wheat)
3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts (add a carob to two of them.) Mix well.
4. Roll out each piece and put it in the tray. Bake at 390 F for 15 minutes each.
5. Allow to cool off and spread the cream in the following order: cream - cake - cream - nuts - cream - cake ... etc.
6. Lubricate the cream on the sides and top and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
7. Leave in refrigerator for at least 14 hours

Cream preparation:
1. Mix the sour cream, stevia, honey.
2. Beat until fluffy.

 

 

The result: the cake turned out soft and tasty. Not as sweet as with sugar, but still sweet (stevia and honey can always be added at your discretion) Rye and wheat flour go well together.
