Ingredients:

- Raisins - 12 oz (400 gr)
- Seeds dried / fried - 6 oz (200 gr), plus for sprinkling
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.

 


 

Preparation:


1. Grind the raisins, seeds and apple in a blender.

2. Add honey. Mix everything.

3. Tightly roll the balls (squeezing, if there is, apple juice).

4. Roll balls in crushed seeds (you can sprinkle with anything)

5. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
